Make the most of your stay in Sancerre by dropping in to taste one of the many wines and spirits on its extensive list, including wines from the region and elsewhere.
The bar promises a relaxing and laid-back atmosphere with panoramic views of the Sancerre vineyards. Our staff will be happy to guide you in your choices, whether it be wines produced by the Saget family or by our winemaking neighbours, in other French wine regions and even abroad. The bar also offers a selection of snacks and light bites.
We can arrange themed, tutored tastings, upon request and depending on the availability of our staff (reservation required). Our wines can also be enjoyed off our premises since all of the Taste wines and spirits are available for purchase in the hotel’s wine shop.
