Explore the cellars which were carved into the rock by the monks of Saint-Benoît in the 14th century and now serve as the resting place for the oak barrels containing Domaine de La Perrière’s iconic cuvées. Various options are available for group visits, with either guided or unguided tours, followed by a tasting of the domaine’s wines.
The La Perrière vineyards are situated in Verdigny-en-Sancerre and cover 5 different communes producing wines under the prestigious Sancerre appellation. La Perrière also owns an outstanding vineyard composed of 10 hectares of adjoining vines planted in flint soils which are known for offering ideal conditions for the production of high-quality Sauvignon Blancs.
